About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our retail team as a Shop Supervisor within our busy furniture shop. You’ll be a key member of our Retail Team who contribute to 1900 (available 24 hours) raising the £3.2 million needed each year to keep our vital services running.
This is a hands-on role where, with the support of the Shop Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to run your own shop, using your creativity to deliver an outstanding offer and service to our supporters. No two days are the same, from working on the shop floor to co-ordinating activity behind the scenes, meaning the ability to manage a number of tasks is essential. You may also be required to support our other retail shops across Carlisle as and when required.
