Eve joined the hospice in 2021 after returning to Cumbria, following a HR career primarily based in the North East. With over 20 years of experience across the public, private, and charity sectors, Eve heads up the People Services Team and is also Company Secretary. The team provide HR support for both staff and volunteers, ensuring strong governance and a positive workplace culture. Eve specialises in employee engagement, compliance, and organisational development, helping teams access the resources they need to thrive. Eve is committed to creating an inclusive environment where people feel valued and empowered to succeed.
