Join our friendly, purpose-driven Trading Team and support our hospice shops and online platforms. This is your chance to turn your retail skills into something incredible – helping local families when they need it most.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working within our shops, boosting shop income with stock control, merchandising and great customer service
- Recruiting, training and supporting our amazing volunteers
- Helping launch pop-up shops and expanding our e-commerce
- Helping to manage rotas, shop van collections and volunteer drivers
- Coordinating Gift Aid & supporting income reporting
- Delivering a fantastic customer experience every day
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year retail experience
- Confident, organised & a great communicator
- Friendly team leader with a heart for helping others
- Skilled in multitasking & admin
- Positive attitude & full of fresh ideas
Bonus if you have:
- Retail Gift Aid / online sales knowledge
- Experience with budgets or shop management
